Im not happy at all about your service. I ordered 2 fancy dress costumes via bol.com (a dutch online store) and I only received 1 item in my mailbox. And almost straight away after receiving the item, bol.com send me payment requests and reminders that I really need to pay or it'll cost me fees. While I have 30 days to review your item.
So I only received one item and have no idea where the other one is and when I want to contact your shop I have to call an english number. Which I won't ofcourse cause it'll cost me quite a bit from overseas. (The Netherlands)
Bol.com did help me and I can return the item I got and they will get rid of the payment requests.
