I firmly believe that how a company behaves when things unfortunately go awry is the true mark of a company.
The item I ordered had mildew stains on .... I reported it on a Saturday/Sunday (when they were closed) and I had a refund by Monday/Tuesday the following week.
So, I have every confidence in 'hellobaby' and will return sometime soon.
