The zip on a footmuff purchased from Hello Baby broke after being used just four times. Obviously occasionally items faulty and just assumed that this company would happily exchange. The response I received was certainly not helpful and I was basically told to use pliers to fix the zip myself! The tone of the emails received made me feel like I was not being believed and I felt this was very poor customer service. I won’t use Hello Baby again.
