Item was sold as brand new in box (BNIB) so was purchased as a gift.
When it arrived the box was torn, crushed and clearly damaged prior to dispatch and looked very 2nd hand. Certainly not suitable as a gift. When enquired about damage to box was told the goods in box were okay so that was fine. Complained but no interest.
Contacted eBay and return was offered, but I do not trust Hello Baby to refund all my money and not deduct and retain postage costs etc. Very disappointing.
