The website is easy to navigate and use, though needed updating because when i clicked on the item i wanted, it said it was out of stock but when i rang it the person said they were in stock, which could have been confusing or deceiving otherwise. Nevertheless, they despatched the items i wanted right away, and when i received them, they were all packaged clearly and neatly! The quality of the product is great and i will absolutely go through Hello Baby again. Also, i queried something via email and got a personal response back within 2 days, which is great! Very happy!
