Acceptable delivery time, good email service. The mirror is very easy to install, can easily be adjusted, flipped out of the way or entirely taken off, that's great. Only downside is that the mirror is a little convex so you don't have a nice, clear view of the kids in the back as everything looks a little distorted (like a fish-eye view).
