Ordered a car seat for £200 which never arrived. Contacted company who said there is a delay and instead of 3 day delivery time there’ll now be 10 days. 16 days after ordering now, car seat still not here and no contact from hello baby. Emailed to ask where my order is and received a reply to say there is a further delay, not sure how long. Poor customer care - have had to chase to find out status. Have requested a refund which I am really hoping will materialise...
