My Hello Baby experience was one of living up to expectations: I found something I liked, I ordered it, I paid for it, I got a confirmation email of my order and another email when my order was dispatched. I haven't received my order yet so I can't say that the order arrived in a timely manner as it isn't even expected to arrive just yet - that is too be seen.
