I have email over 1.5 weeks ago as the cover doesn’t not fit on carry cot corrrectly. I’m still waiting to get a response on how this is going to be managed. I have had my baby last Friday and now can’t use carrycot Incase it has to be sent back due to fault.
Issue should of been resolved by now and replacement sent out to to me.
