deserves NO stars actually. their legal insurance is useless. i wasted my hard-earned money on their monthly subscriptions and then when the time arrived to get some legal help, these guys proved themselves to be nothing but a group of unreliable , unprofessional , non-qualified bigots who either won't reply to your emails or grievances at all or just let their support staff and bots send acknowledgement and useless emails without moving forward a resolution. i had a good case but i could not rely on getsafe at all. when i went ahead to cancel my subscription, there was NO BUTTON on the app to cancel. such is the quality of service and experience these guys offer. avoid at all costs. i am immediately shifting to other providers
