“My cat fell from the 2nd floor balcony and we went to the vet like all animal lovers. But the company refused to reimburse us. The great negligence and mistake was on my side. I should have closed my balcony completely and the whole family should live in a prison. Do you need to be an insurance company if you don't pay for accidents like this? I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone, I will not pay a penny more to this company. It was good to learn their approach, I will continue my insurances with others in the new year. Don't think that communication in English will be easier, the important thing is honesty and the value of the product you receive.”
“I had a premium insurance policy with Getsafe for dog liability insurance and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite providing all the necessary documents to qualify for the benefits of covering the monthly premium, the process was far from smooth. For nearly a month, I was subjected to a ridiculous amount of back-and-forth communication, with them constantly asking for more paperwork that had already been supplied.
Every time I thought I had submitted everything, they kept coming back with new requests for additional documents or appendices. The whole process was unnecessarily complicated and stressful.
In the end, I decided not to proceed with the claim because of the time wasted and their lack of clear communication.

“Stay away! You have been warned. Shockingly bad company to deal with. Bought 1 year of insurance, which they then rolled over without informing me and then sent to a debt collection agency after cancelling the insurance!. So they cancelled and then still wanted payment with interest. Debt agency added fake interest payments and the whole experience has been awful.”

And when it comes to claims, they reject the claims with some non sense reasons.
I am victim of this scam provider. Though I had a genuine liability claim , they rejected it mentioning a non acceptable reason. When I requested to provide the rejection reason detailed and signed by them. for me to initiate a legal assistance against them. it was refused and they either dont reply to mail or cannot bet connected by phone.
Anyone please dont go behind them only because of its hassle free initial English assistance to contract activation. You simply end up in paying monthly amount to this guys and eventually you wont get claims for genuine cases”

Reaching customer service was an ordeal. Getting a straight answer was even harder. Dealing with Getsafe felt like a constant battle.
Getsafe ultimately failed to live up to their promises. My claim went unresolved, leaving me frustrated and financially worse off.

their legal insurance is useless.
i wasted my hard-earned money on their monthly subscriptions and then when the time arrived to get some legal help, these guys proved themselves to be nothing but a group of unreliable , unprofessional , non-qualified bigots who either won't reply to your emails or grievances at all or just let their support staff and bots send acknowledgement and useless emails without moving forward a resolution.
i had a good case but i could not rely on getsafe at all.
when i went ahead to cancel my subscription, there was NO BUTTON on the app to cancel.
such is the quality of service and experience these guys offer. avoid at all costs. i am immediately shifting to other providers”
