"My cat fell from the 2nd floor balcony and we went to the vet like all animal lovers. But the company refused to reimburse us. The great negligence and mistake was on my side. I should have closed my balcony completely and the whole family should live in a prison. Do you need to be an insurance company if you don't pay for accidents like this? I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone, I will not pay a penny more to this company. It was good to learn their approach, I will continue my insurances with others in the new year. Don't think that communication in English will be easier, the important thing is honesty and the value of the product you receive."
