I had a premium insurance policy with Getsafe for dog liability insurance and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite providing all the necessary documents to qualify for the benefits of covering the monthly premium, the process was far from smooth. For nearly a month, I was subjected to a ridiculous amount of back-and-forth communication, with them constantly asking for more paperwork that had already been supplied. Every time I thought I had submitted everything, they kept coming back with new requests for additional documents or appendices. The whole process was unnecessarily complicated and stressful. In the end, I decided not to proceed with the claim because of the time wasted and their lack of clear communication. Getsafe's service has been disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable insurance provider. Save yourself the hassle and choose another company that values your time and supports you when it matters.
