Amethyst Maxey​ has been great! She is the first provider I’ve spoken to that has actually listened to my concerns and took time to understand what I was dealing with. It’s no secret that ADHD presents differently in women, making it feel nearly impossible to get diagnosed and treated. After speaking with Amethyst, I felt so much relief that somebody had finally heard my concerns and offered the help I needed. Since starting treatment, it feels as though my life has completely turned around. I’m now able to get through my work everyday without getting distracted. It’s been easier to keep track of deadlines and get stuff around the house done. It’s also been a huge relief for my anxiety and depression. After suffering with anxiety and depression for 5 years, I thought it was something I’d have to deal with for the rest of my life. By getting my ADHD correctly treated, I’ve seen a huge relief in my mental health overall.
