“Words cannot describe the appreciation I have towards Amethyst Maxey and her downright professionalism. Without her I don't know where I would be today she was such a huge help and made such a huge impact on my day-to-day life and my personal lives my relationships my job everything has gotten so much better since seeing her. She is incredibly professional, polite, understanding and empathetic. I believe she truly has a passion for helping people and it shows. This woman deserves a raise she's gone above and beyond to help me and I believe she needs to be recognized by her employer for this she is one of a kind and I hope she will be my prescribing doctor forever she is just great thank you so much again”

She's strong on her knowledge where I trust what she says. She cares a lot, I can tell by her interaction with me. I feel hopeful that I finally have help.”

“To be honest, I contacted the provider because I’m struggling. I used to have a good medication regimen that worked for me. Everything else I tried doesn’t work and I’ve tried for several years. Hard to find anyone that listens anymore to people that know themselves and have been through so much. My daily struggles are total anxiety with work, it affects everything I do. I cannot change that I have to work. I did not get any help during the first session and have such busy days. I haven’t been able to contact my doctor to get my medical records sent as I have to be on hold for an hour usually to get someone to answer the phone. Clarity said they sent me a form beside to get my medical records sent, but I could never find it, hence, more stress!. The biggest problem is, that stress cause of for people out there that have it. Especially daily. I don’t think these things happen quick enough for people not to feel the struggle! I don’t understand why nobody really wants to listen anymore to the patient. I know there’s a lot of people that abuse things out there, but some of us are just trying to stay healthy.”

She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made me feel heard rather than rushed. Jennifer was knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and incredibly supportive throughout our visit. She communicated clearly with me, patiently answered my questions, and involved me in the conversation about my care. Her approach felt genuinely patient-centered, respectful, and thoughtful. It can make such a difference to have a provider who combines clinical knowledge and efficiency with kindness and compassion, and Jennifer did exactly that. I left the appointment feeling heard, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatric provider who truly listens and cares about her patients.”

“I can’t say enough about this service. I’m a brand new patient and my experience thus far has been outstanding! Dr. Jayne went straight to the heart of the matter and was able to immediately identify an issue I could not. From there, she suggested some excellent ideas, provided wise directions, and gave me more information about how we can solution my complex and overlapping health conditions. I only wish there were more stars so I can give her 10 out of 10 stars! ⭐️”

“I see this every month when I get a prompt for a review but He is literally the best Dr. I have seen in 38 years. “I feel like there comes a time when if you are reaching out for help and you're really ready to engage you will find your person and today I did. I left my first appointment with the ability to take a breath and finally feeling no judgment and that it is OK to trust the process and more importantly to trust yourself. I appreciate the time she took to listen and I mean not just to hear me but to really listen and as a result the questions that she asked that normally make me shutdown I found myself able to answer using the best words I knew how but that was a totally new experience for me. I'm so thankful I found Queendroline!”

“I have been seeing Mark Bender for a few years now, he has been great. He listens to and addresses any concerns that I have. He responds to messages right away, my prescriptions are sent over to the pharmacy immediately, and if they are having any issues with filling because of low stock or anything else, he is easy to contact and does everything possible to work with them or me to fix it right away. The appointments are comfortable because he very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him, I have had nothing but positive experiences the last few years seeing him.”
