“Words cannot describe the appreciation I have towards Amethyst Maxey and her downright professionalism. Without her I don't know where I would be today she was such a huge help and made such a huge impact on my day-to-day life and my personal lives my relationships my job everything has gotten so much better since seeing her. She is incredibly professional, polite, understanding and empathetic. I believe she truly has a passion for helping people and it shows. This woman deserves a raise she's gone above and beyond to help me and I believe she needs to be recognized by her employer for this she is one of a kind and I hope she will be my prescribing doctor forever she is just great thank you so much again”

“I had such a great experience with Chika Ojeyemi. Switching providers is stressful, but she made it a whole lot easier. She was friendly, professional, and very understanding from the start, and I felt like she actually listened to me. I was so grateful that I was able to get a telemedicine appointment the same day - actually within just a few hours! Chika was attentive, easy to talk to, and took the time to go through everything with me. Because of my state’s regulations, I also needed an in-person visit, and I was able to be seen the very next day. The whole process was smooth and much less stressful than I expected. She even had my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy the same day, which was such a relief. Chika was absolutely wonderful. She was so cheerful and kind, and it’s clear that she genuinely enjoys helping her patients. She’s also very responsive to messages, which made the whole process feel easier. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new provider.”

“The whole experience was good all the way from booking the appointment to actually having the appointment. I didn't know what to expect meeting someone online for the first time but it went very well. We went over all my history and he listened well and also had input when it was necessary. I would recommend this to anybody I know.”

“Outstanding Service Review: Excellent First Virtual Experience! I just had my first appointment with her via video visit, and she was absolutely wonderful. She accepted me as her new client and she welcomed me to her practice with her warm, professional, and engaging demeanor instantly put me at ease. Ashley was incredibly attentive and made me feel completely heard, never rushing through our time together. She listened patiently to all my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained my care plan with great clarity and expertise. Even through a screen, her genuine compassion and dedication to patient care were completely obvious. The virtual platform was smooth, and the entire experience was highly efficient yet deeply personal. I am so grateful to have found an outstanding provider who makes high-quality care so accessible. “Klarity health and Alexa Gladstone APRN., FNP, exceeded my expectations for my appointment process. I went into this after cancelling two appts and didn’t know what to expect. I’m not used to things working out for me. This really is one time everything did workout. Even after running into trouble with the pharmacy Alexa did everything she could to make sure I got the medication I needed. I’d recommend Alexa and Klarity to anyone.”

“Extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Guiang takes the time to listen and take the appropriate steps to determine the best treatment plan. Very personable and easy to talk to. I was skeptical about online treatment due to a previous experience (on a different platform), but I am very excited to continue working with Julius! Highly recommended!”
