Today I had my first experience with Telehealth, my introduction was a positive one with Kate Graen. In the time of the pandemic it is not easy to get therapy in person but I felt relieved at how simple the process was despite my lack of technological skills.
I am very much looking forward to receiving therapy this way from now on!
