This has been a much easier process for me. The quick video sessions make it so much easier to schedule from wherever I am without needing to get to a provider's office. The portal and messaging system are also great. After moving, and having issues getting setting up with the local pharmacy, I messaged my provder; Joanna (Reyes) through the portal. She responded so quickly, called the pharmacy, and got everything sorted out for me within just a couple hours!
