My initial experience was not fantastic and in all honesty, I was just going to cancel and find somewhere else, but they have a customer service team that follows up with their clients and I must say they did a great job! They matched me with a new Provider (Juanita Ellis) and she was great! She was patient and made me feel comfortable to speak. For the 1st time, I feel like I'm on my way to a real treatment plan!
