Each week I spend with Schumeka I (well both of us) see growth. The kind of growth I needed to get past some difficult stumbling blocks. Not once judged, I opened myself up completely and she listened genuinely. And together we made a plan. One that is already working and one that we will monitor and adjust to keep me function at the peak of mental wellness. After a lot of searching - I’ve found my brain doctor and I couldn’t be more relieved.
