This cookie is strong so be prepared. I only took half. I think it had me out until the next day. I take the delta 9 gunmies almost daily so I really enjoyed this. Downside my gf also ate half but this was waaaaay more than she could handle. So all I'm saying because 🤣. Still 5 stars
