I have mixed feelings about this product. The first time I used it I got a restful night sleep. The next time I used this product I awoke after 5 hours of sleep and had a hard time with my equilibrium walking to the bathroom. I haven’t tried to use the product again. I’m not sure all gummies are made with the same amount of potency during quality control.
