Customer service is pretty good. I really like their gummies, and cookies. HOWEVER, the last time I ordered a chocolate chip cookie, it was quite different from the first time. The second one was hard, crumbly, and almost burnt looking. The first one was soft and chewy and great tasting. I don't know what they did to them, but I am staying away from the chocolate chip cookies from now on. The rest is good.
