Prefer the quick acting red gummies (called Hero dose.) I have never had a problem with delivery and I live in a small SC town. The major problem is with ordering on the site, not with their products. Ordering can be difficult and frustrating. But, at least for me, my experience with what items I have purchased has been excellent.
