My husband and I both have been using the mood but he has pulmonary fibrosis and this stuff has helped breathing is much better and his sleep is phenomenal which he hardly sleeps at all so I give this a five and all accounts everything we have tried this far has been amazing I like to take the moods company for all their help and understanding and trying to get what we need for my husband customer service is phenomenal all around great company thank you all Cindy
