Mood uses FedEx for some of its shipping. I’ve ordered several times from mood and every single time, it’s been delivered to the wrong address. I think this is primarily fedex’s issue. However when I called mood to complain- the rep tried to give me a sob story about how everyone complains about different delivery comapanies…it was if the rep was the victem not me…. They told me 10-15 days for a refund!!! When I pressed the issue, it was a quicker resolution….so obviously something customer care could have done more easily. while the products are ok, be ware of this company! This is a medical need for me and zero compassion from Mood!
