Bad product, terrible process, and replacement was just as bad. I ordered a small amount of business cards for my small business. They arrived wonky. I'm a small business but even so, they're unprofessional and I wouldn't use them. The process to get them replaced was a joke. Use the auto message feature, that's wasted time I won't get back. Don't recognise order number, repeating myself, sending photos repeatedly. They also don't make it clear you're talking to a bot, so you think you're getting somewhere, when you're not. It ended via email (with this bot it appears) that I would get a replacement order. But then I get an email in the morning saying that an agent has had it passed to them via the bot! What a complete waste of my time. I was assured a replacement order would be quality checked, but nope - they've arrived today and just as wonky as before. Mistakes happen but this is 3 occasions now with bad service - first the product, then the process to complain, now the replacement product. It's not good enough.
