I paid for express delivery, which indicated that my order would arrive by November 19, 2024. However, when I logged in to check the status, it still showed as "awaiting shipping." I contacted customer service, and they responded that the latest delivery date would be November 20, 2024. Clearly, they don't care about customer service or false advertising. This will be my first and last order with Hello Print.

Having used Helloprint many years ago I would of given them 5 stars!!! This time not so much! Not once, not twice, three times!!! the order was messed up. - First time, the design was produced wrong, however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as the reassured it would be right this time. - Second time, the packaging was damaged and the design was still incorrect. Once again after investigating and offering me to print at no extra cost, I was yet again reassured that this wouldn't happen again. - Third time, not only was the design misaligned on 80%-90% of the business cards (deemed unusable) there was some kind of printing defect on the left corner of the cards, as well some that had been creased and scratched!!! To make matters worse they had the audacity to offer me 25% discount for my next order, after I requested to be compensated for a full refund for the inconvenience and the impact it's had on my business. I was aware of the 10 day window to make a complaint following an order however, I explained that because I had been out the country I wasn't able to see the business cards until I got back. Therefore, wasn't able to do anything certainly not within those 10 days to follow anything up. The fact it's happened not once, twice but three times in a row which is unprofessional and unacceptable, being passed from pillar to post not listening instead fobbing me off by offering me discount. Consequently I have completely lost all faith and trust in Helloprint, which is a shame! therefore, will not be recommending them using their services again.

Ordered a roller banner as part of a three-item order with postcards and business cards. The postcards and business cards arrived, the roller banner did not. Used express shipping in plenty of time for a trade event. When chasing customer service, I was bounced between a chatbot and a contact form for a few hours. Finally spoke to humans who tried to say that the roller banner was in fact delivered despite the tracking link showing that DPD had not received it. Helloprint then updated the tracking link for the roller banner so that it was the same as the one for the postcards and tried to argue that this meant the roller banner was delivered - including the proof of delivery photo that was of a tiny box the size of a hand. Three separate people shared this image with me to provide proof of postage and I had to take my own photo to show just how small the box was. If Helloprint had owned up to their mistake when I first asked, we would have had time to order from a more trustworthy supplier. Instead, we have been left empty-handed for an event. Terrible customer service with a team that went out of their way to lie and deceive and even gaslight me that I had the wrong tracking link after they had updated it on my order. Luckily, I still had the original tracking link from the order emails. Avoid at all costs, especially if looking for a quick turnaround. Have used Helloprint before but the quality has gone seriously downhill. The items we did receive had rough, damaged edges.

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a simple mug with one print for my husband’s birthday and never received it. At first they missed the deadline, so my present was ruined. Then they rescheduled it to 1 week later ands reassured everything would be done by then. Of course nothing happened by that date as well and they rescheduled again, every time they had different issues (by they way I even bought their service for the image check, so it doesn’t guarantee anything as well). The latest deadline was 28-29 Feb and on Monday I asked them to give me the tracking number. They confirmed that I’d get it on 27 Feb afternoon for sure. Of course I never got it. This morning I asked them again and - wow, what a surprise! - they told me I won’t get my order due to some other issues (again). This company is just scam. They claim that they have 100% customer satisfaction - well, no, I read stories similar to mine (unfortunately, after I made my order), so this is all lies. If you want a reliable printing service for business or personal needs, avoid this one, there is a great chance they let you down and you lose your time.

Don't use. This is a scam. They took my money and did not process my business cards. They don't have a phone number so there is nothing you can do!

Typical useless HelloPrint. If I were you I'd use someone else. This will be my last time. Route1Print are MUCH better. Really disappointed in HelloPrint ... yet again ... I feel like this company doesn't care much for its customers. I ordered multiple items under a single order, and the printers mixed up two of the quantities by accident and printed one flyer with too many incorrectly and the other flyer with too little. When I emailed three times, and also logged onto chat to explain this, I was met by three different people asking me to submit pictures of the evidence, the box and labels. I, unbelievably, was instructed by 'Marlene' to ask my customer to take photos of what they received from me in their delivery yesterday and I was forward them on to HelloPrint .... I mean seriously, are you for real? Am I really expected to ask my customer to take pictures for me after I have told them they're missing 50% of one flyer and I'll print the remainder and deliver ASAP.... The colleagues I dealt with were Oisin, Marlene and Isabella. Also, how can I show evidence of something that is missing? I constantly seem to have problems with this company for the simplest of things and the fact they are only a reseller and get their print done elsewhere shows how little control they have over an order. It's really disappointing again, and now I have to spend more money to print the missing items myself as they refuse to reprint and fix their error.

Artwork printed in the wrong place by Helloprint, and then I had to jump through hoops for them to believe me. Poor customer service. Will be taking my business elsewhere in future. Do not recommend!

Terrible product. Ended up with a meshed banner the print of which is invisible to the naked eye. Woeful customer service and will never order from them again.

As a print professional, I have used Helloprint for years, as their website is easy to use & their prices are very competitive - however, their inconsistency in print quality is so hot & miss, i've never experienced a print house like it for the number of complaints I have has to raise on behalf of my clients, I am no longer going to use them as of today as quality wins over cost. Not to mention, their policy is to give you a 10% discount if you are not happy with a print, whereas other print houses offer a full refund - I cant run a graphic design business with that sort of service - see ya!

Terrible customer service. It's been almost 3 weeks since I've ordered my prints. All they say is they would keep me updated. They also try to blame a courier without providing a tracking number. It seems to be cheap compared to other companies but there is a reason for that.

im never going to use this company again, Extremely poor customer service, communications log between department and a simple print job has taken 5 days whilst other print companies would of action on the same day.. never use these people and seek other more organised print companies

Bad quality printing. Printed business documents in completely the wrong colour and they won't accept responsibility or rectify it. Will not be using them again.

Absolutely terrible company!! Ordered over 3 weeks ago, the order got canceled twice, first due to errors in processing, and then corrupting the file caused by Helloprint!! This was not picked up until after we enquired about the missed delivery date. No communication was forthcoming, despite chasing up on email a number of times and the customer service agents were absolutely clueless! I received no email response, or updates despite being promised it a number of times. To top it off, when I finally managed to get through, the customer service representative says that the disruption was caused by Brexit, despite the order being produced and shipped to the UK - terrible! Absolutely atrocious service, avoid at all costs!!

Hello print asked me to check with neighbours for missing packages during covid 19 Used them once and most definitely the last, ordered some flyers, turn around was a week, never got the package, got refunded half the money, instead got told to check with the neighbours if they have it (they don’t know which neighbours by the way) during corona virus. I asked them for a full refund instead i got delayed emails which were no help what so ever

My second time using Hello Print and I wasn't disappointed! I ordered 500 business cards and 50 flyers on the 29th and they arrived on the 2nd, despite saying they would arrive on the 12th. High quality, super speedy, affordable, great customer service and the check was done within 5 minutes and very helpful, will definitely order again!

Awful experience. A month ago I made an order for 250 booklets. They arrived on time but printed in the wrong order. I spent the next 48 hours talking to various people through email and phone trying to give them the 'more evidence' they kept wanting. Eventually reordered free of charge one week wait. One week comes not arrived. Call up and the genuine response 'oh the courier must have lost them'. Excuse me you messed it up once now you have lost them? Finally after the most stressful 45 minutes where I was quizzed as if this had all been my fault they were reordered on one day delivery. 5 days later they arrived. Oh in the right order this time but a month late. What was I offered as compensation? 20% off my next order! That order will never happen. Don't use this printer!

I write this review to pre-warn potential clients using Hello Print. I run a Printing business myself, and would not dare to provide a service like I have received. An order was placed for 100 Lanyards - the artwork was designed to their own template file following as bleed marks as standard. On submission of the PDF print ready file, I was given a manual Proof - all seemed well. The manual proof was accepted - order signed off and good and well - and least that is what I assumed till my customer received the goods. The Lanyards were cut off, all over the place, so they are literally of no use! In fact, the wording was in a different location of each. I received a 10% off discount as many others have .. yet this order was their own error (I admit, I would have said it was my fault, should I not have used their template, or accepted their MANUAL online proof - I accept their website states they cannot guarantee the exact placement to the design, but why proof it to show everything is well). Better yet, on calling the first customer service staff member told me the artwork and proof looks perfect with no issues so it is a production error where the product has been pulled - and she will get back to me soon after speaking to production. Who gives a whole new story! Since raising the complaint and asking for a refund, my call has not been answered - I have been sat over 30 minutes on hold. Avoid their 100% satisfaction rate. What could have been a good printing partnership has proven to be prone to errors.
