I ordered 50 screen-printed T-shirts for my badminton club, but what I received was completely different from what I asked for.
Instead of screen printing, the designs were clearly heat-press transfers — something I didn’t order and never would have accepted. I chose screen printing because it’s far more durable and suitable for sportswear that gets washed often.
What I got was a dark grey, cheap-feeling transfer that feels like a sticker. It makes the shirts stiff and uncomfortable, especially where the graphic is applied — totally unsuitable for active use.
I contacted the company immediately upon receiving the order. It’s now been a week, and I’ve been completely ignored.
So here’s my honest review:
Don’t expect to receive what you paid for with this company. The quality is poor, the service is non-existent, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
I also want to add — I have a learning disability, and while that shouldn’t matter, I feel particularly let down by how Hello Print has treated my business. This mistake is 100% theirs, and they’ve done nothing to fix it.
One star is generous.
