Our experience with Helloprint has been appalling. Months before placing our order, I had several meetings with their Senior Key Account Manager, Jeroen Heutz, who assured me that multiple deliveries to several locations on strict deadlines would be no problem. Based on his guarantees, we placed the order.
Nothing was delivered on time. Deadlines passed with no updates or explanation. When I chased, Jeroen was almost impossible to reach, and other staff wouldn’t help. After nine days of silence, I finally received a brief email saying key items wouldn’t be ready for another two weeks – with no apology. After that, I heard nothing at all, despite repeated emails and calls.
In the end, I had to cancel the order on 30 June and urgently source everything elsewhere at higher cost, under huge pressure, and with serious disruption to our summer operations. Helloprint didn’t even acknowledge the cancellation.
This has been the worst supplier experience I’ve ever had: no communication, no accountability, and no apology. If you value reliability, avoid Helloprint at all costs.
