I booked a deep-cleaning service, including additional charges for professional carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, and blinds cleaning. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a disaster.
The initial clean left my flat with dust and cobwebs in every room, dirty floors, and carpets that were only hoovered despite paying extra for a steam or water extraction clean. The oven was not properly cleaned either, leaving the flat smelling of smoke.
After raising these issues, the company arranged a complimentary re-clean. However, the same cleaner returned, argued with us, and outright refused to re-clean the carpets, even though I was assured that a proper carpet clean would be done. The floors remain dirty, dust is still visible, and the promised services have not been delivered.
I have photographic evidence showing the poor results after both cleans, which is deeply frustrating considering I paid over £350 for this service. The quality of the work does not reflect the price or the standards outlined in their quote. The service has been wholly inadequate and the re-clean was no better than the first.
I am left feeling let down and regretful of choosing this company. I strongly advise others to avoid Hello Services. Based on my experience, they fail to deliver on their promises and do not provide the professional service they advertise.
I’ve been offered a £70 refund, which doesn’t even cover the cost of the extra I paid for a “professional carpet clean” (£73). Their customer service has been nothing but insulting, unhelpful and dismissive.
