I booked this company for end-of-tenancy cleaning, including carpets and both interior and exterior window cleaning. While the carpets were cleaned to a decent standard, the exterior windows were left untouched because they didn’t have the proper equipment. Even though they are reachable from the inside with a step ladder. I paid the full amount in advance, but when I contacted them about the incomplete service, they offered a meager £18 refund. Now my landlord is charging me for the window cleaning, meaning I’ve had to pay twice for a job this company failed to do properly. It’s clear they don’t take responsibility or provide professional service. My advice: Avoid this one and book a reliable company.
