The first rep I talked to said digital registration was incorrect, then he couldn't tell me why. Then when I asked to send me documentation on this policy, he got off the phone and send me an unrelated link without the ability to reply. Then, someone on chat said I'd need to combine screenshots to show the full policy and it would be accepted. So I did. It was rejected again after several days.
