If I could give “ZERO” I would. Uber eats driver support has been the WORST since the beginning. Ive been with two other driver delivery companies never I encountered that many disappointments and issues. Uber employee told be to get my own criminal check and I had to pay for it. So I did. Than I asked where I should be uploading it to another employee and Ive been told that they don’t take third parties criminal record and needed to do the ISB criminal check when I’ll be receiving and email with the link. Following this new information, Ive been trying to make the employee understand that the previous employee gave me false information and made me spent money for nothing and she transferred me and again and again. They just kept saying that they were not the right department to take this matter. I called back another day and they said the same thing until I spoke with payment department that was apparently the right department to deal with, they said I needed to call back when all my documents where approved and that I had completed my background check with ISB. I sent message to support, over and over and kept being told that they cannot refund since it was in their refund policy or some sort. I did not stop there with those stupid answers, kept going and saying I wasn’t ok with this and that they should cover the cost as it was their employee’s fault. They ended up giving me a $25 curiosity payment. I said well thanks but no thanks. I want the full amount. I then said that I will go to higher levels and report them to the business bureau and so on…. Now will see where it goes but, I feel like I got screwed over.
