I requested to speak to a supervisor. The phone consultant said they would put me on hold so I can speak to a supervisor.
The phone consultant lied and said the supervisor cannot rectify my query. I didn't tell the phone consultant my query? I couldn't get a reference number for the phone call either. The phone consultant just transferred the call after I told her that the Google reviews have rated Uber Support with the worst customer service. I'm afraid the reviews are correct. I was transferred multiple times without my query being resolved.
