I have been waiting for 3 days for my background check. It still shows as pending and when I call uber support to no avail, all they do is just send an email telling me to wait for a response. I'm deleting my account because it shouldn't take that long. Uber support does not help in any way at all. So, why do you have a support team who doesn't provide? At least someone could get to the issue as to why it's still pending. Lastly, have someone who speaks clear English.
