Customer service are usless with all means. They have no clue what they doing.
I called because I had problem with the App and got trasfered eight times, at the end they told me sorry we can't help you. Where is the quality control? they don't even check the calls.
I've been doing Uber for almost 5 years with 17000 rides, only called 5 times and always not helpful and disapointing.
