When I finally got to a real person it was like talking to a bot. No matter what I said, he started off "I'm sorry..." and they couldn't do anything about it. I was charged for a reservation, $47.12 for a reservation I didn't make and $7 for a bridge toll when there was no toll for the direction I was going.
The drivers I've had have always been polite, efficient and *****, five stars.
The customer service is outrageously horrible.
