It’s amazing how this company refuses to get involved in customer issues !
I booked a ride and left a bag in the car by accident with keys to my house .I called the driver twice 2 minutes after drop off and my call was ignored . Now after three hours customer service tells me they are unable to reach them.
Currently stranded outside my house at 3am and all I get is some generic ass responses . DONE WITH THIS COMPANY
