I ordered a drive and the driver showed up and was on my way to my destination. During the last part of the right, suddenly Uber AI decided that something went wrong and without my approval ordered another drive for me, practically a double if my trip. Even if i cancelled the trip in less than 2 minutes, Uber decided that i have to pay for the service ! What support did not see (even if I mentioned it) was that the 2nd drive was accepted at 6:30 pm and the cancellation occured at 6:07 pm (23 minutes earlier). How was that possible? Uber totally ignored this and the charged me for the 2nd drive cancellation (even if i fid not ordered it) and it was ar 150% the price I paid for the original drive, which got me to the destination correctly. So, that's goodbye Uber for me. I cannot be charged for their poor programming. I used Uber a lot in the past, without issues, but this is the end for me using Uber. So, riders be aware ...
