Uber's customer support is none existant. I have been locked out of my account because they are forcing me to verify my account by asking me to insert the CVV on a credit card I haven't used in almost two years. I have emailed and DM them several times to explain to them that I no longer have access to that card. I was also emailed a verification code from Uber to insert upon log in, which I happily inserted, but it keeps taking me back to the page to insert my CVV number which I don't have. All the help I've gotten from them was generic and unhelpful! They are the absolute worst.
