I was suddenly told my account was deactivated with no valid reason. They said it was not reversible. I tried to escalate to a supervisor 5 separate times with 5 separate agents and no one would escalate to a supervisor. Don't do business with people who don't support your business or even express gratitude for what you do. I would love to change this review but sadly I don't think anyone at Uber will read it and do the right thing.
