Picked a Tesla for an uber ride thinking it would be fun as I’ve not been in a fully electric car yet. BIG mistake. Half way through the ride he announced he needed to charge the car. Why he didn’t fully charge before is totally beyond me. Said it would only be five minutes. Went to a parking garage. He was gone for over 15 minutes. I was left in an empty parking garage,unlocked doors- totally unsafe. No apologies after he came back. Contacted Uber to report the situation and was told all they could do was give me a $5 credit.
Like I’m ever going to use Uber again. Losers. Horrendous customer service.
