Yes I complained about an Uber driver who picked us up yesterday morning. He had a rundown car with no air. The seats were leather and had been taped up because they were so bad. He drove slow as a snail. He took different routes than his map was telling him and as a result my daughter missed the bus. She had to come with me to work and I had to pay someone else to get her to school. I complained about it to uber. They gave me 90 cents back as a result. Ninety damn cents. Worse service ever. Plus when they responded back they didn't offer to make it right they just said thank you and we will work to fix problems like these in the future.
