My driver disappeared on me...on purpose it sounds like it...because according to Uber support ...there are no consequences to drivers who drop clients...because the clients get fined and double charged. They have robbed me of nearly R500...and they just go..." the driver says, you were not on time" ...so I told them to look at the messages...to investigate...but NO...they cant be bothered. Its much easier to keep the clients money, then to look into the matter....Bad bad bad service!! So disappointed.
