Uber had the worst support ever. My items were missing from my order. So they ask me to take a picture of the receipt and the food that arrived. Don’t you already have my receipt since I ordered from you? Then they tell me that everything was delivered so they won’t refund me. What!!? Either I’m talking to a bad AI bot or a person that shouldn’t work with people. No refund granted. Not even partial. Not even a credit. Nothing. They closed my ticket.
