Worst customer support ever. I had multiple instances where Uber driver asked for additional cash with any reason and stopped cab in between harras female riders. Other apps like ola has better customer support.
Recently, I booked cab from my home to new delhi railway station and driver was asking for extra money to keep my 2 bags in the car. Really stupid.
