Response time is horrifyingly slow. I'm currently in the weeklong (and counting) process of retrieving my phone which was left in a driver's car and the process for retrieving it has been entirely gratuitous and difficult. For as much as you would think it would happen, the contact options for being contacted by your driver about a lost phone are limited to... a phone call??? In any case, if there is a call line for customer support, I've yet to find it. Additionally, having to wait for a phone call on a friends phone is a ridiculous idea.
