Honestly, Uber is the worst, especially since they lack human customer service and adequate personnel. I was on hold for almost 2 hours, but never got through to anyone. To make matters worse, they withdrew $453.00 from my bank account without my permission, sending multiple emails with my bank statements as proof. Despite my persistent efforts, my case remains unresolved.
