Absolutely terrible. I'm a driver and would request to contact uber through chat, not by phone. Their instructions are absolutely diabolically complicated.
Seems they are right, uber doesn't support their drivers. They couldn't care, we're only left faq's and basic instructions that is absolutely unrelated to our problems.
