This service is becoming a scam. I have reserved a cab to the airport and I received a confirmation email with my booking and just after double checking directly on the uber app it came out I didn't have any trip booked, instead I had to book another trip for nearly double price. I didn't received any cancellation email whatsoever and the costumer service wasn't able to help at all. If I wouldn't have double check I would have found myself waiting for my cab on the street at 3am. I still don't know the reasons why my trip was first confirmed and then rejected without notification and I found this service absolutely disgusting. Surely I won't reserve any more trip with this company which clearly doesn't support paying client.
